- "I can't help the way that I am."

- I am responsible for my own choices. Deut 30:19, Josh 24:15
- I can be changed throught the power of God's Spirit. Gal 5:16, Phil 2:13
- "I need to learn to love myself."
- the Truth:
- By faith, I need to receive God's love for me. Gal 2:20, Heb 11
- I already love myself. I need to deny myself and let God love others through me. Mt 16:24-26, Jn 15:12, Eph 5:29
